Just Updating!

Okay, sorry it has been awhile since I have updated on here but I just been so busy. I gotten a couple of questions about if I every made it back to the Dr. and yes I did but she said it was no my gallbadder so we will see. I just love Doctors, espically at post hosiptal. I guess you get your money's worth, and it is free so you cant complain.
Well, Jeremy found out that there is no leave going to be availiable in June, like we thought so, so he might not be able to go home till December. I still want to go home before then so we will see. It stinks that they won't give them time before then. I guess we will see. I know they get 2 weeks before they deployed so if everything is has it seens now then that will be in December also. So I guess we will see.
So I dont have anything exciting to talk about. I guess my life is boring...LOL

Tybee Island, GA

Okay so this weekend we deceide that we wanted to go to Tybee Island and enjoy this 80 degree weather we are having here in Coastal Georgia. I have yet been able to go there and Jeremy has been there with a few of his friends. So I deceide lets go. It only about 1 hour or so away. It is a nice little island. You can basically walk around the island because it is not "that" big. There are even famous people that have a house here. I dont know 2 of them but one is Sandra Bullock and one person we were talking to, to get the scooters and told us that Bay street is where Sandra Bullock house is, so we rode our mopeds all the way down bay street so, I am sure we passed her house. It was a fun trip, the water was too cold and the wind blowing in the evening made it cold but other then that it was perfect. I am even sunburn on my face and neck and feet. So here are some pictures . This is a picture of the island. We rented the Mopeds at the Tree and rode them down the back way to the Lighthouse and then followed the Red Bike path to the beach. It looks far but only took about 45 minutes. We stopped at the lighthouse to go to the beach there also.

This is Jeremy on his Moped!

This is Me on mine. Yes, it was Pink! I look scared because I was, but they gave me a little lesson in the parking lot and then took me about 3 times around the block.

Jeremy at the pretty beach!

The Tybee Island Lighthouse

Us on the beach!

The starfish that we found. These 3 was near by so I took a picture of all 3. I wish I could have took one home, but the rule is you cant take anything unless it is already dead. The ones we found was up on the beach burrying into the sand to stay wet, so we would pick them up and put them back on the edge of the waves again.

There was this guy fishing and we could tell he caught something and Jeremy wanted to see what it was, this is what it was, a stingray. It stilled had it little thing that stings you on it. So he took the hook out and trew it back in. That makes me scared to get into the water!

The lighthouse from the edge of the beach. Look how big the beach is. Nothing like Galveston. It is so wide.

The Tybee Island Lighthouse!

Us at dinner. We ate at this resturant that was in a hotel and you sit and over look the beach. it was so beautiful.

Hosiptal Visit

Okay so I have not updated anything in awhile so I thought that I will do it now.
Thursday morning when I got up with Jeremy I had some pains in my stomach area. I have had pains in my abdominal before but this was not the same it was higher up and on my right side. Well, since it is hard to get into a Dr here on post we decided to go to the ER. Well after sitting in the waiting room (which by the way had no one there but one family) for an hour (oh, it was 0530 in the morning) we finally got into the back. Mine, I say they put me in this room that I guess is for pregnancies or female issue because the bed had no rails and it either laid flat or straight up. Anyways the DR came in shortly and did some pushing around on my stomach and said he thinks it is my Gallbladder and was going to see how bad it was. So he need blood and wanted to give me something for pain into an IV. So anyways this SPC and civilian nurse comes in to get an iv started and get blood. I nicely hand them my hands and say "Here good luck" The last time I went to the ER it took 3 people, I got poke 6 times until they was able to do it. They then went on and on about how they were the best and they were going to be able to do it no problem. So the SPC starts on my left wrist.....Man that hurt more then every. I was like there is no way you are putting an iv in my wrist. Sure enough he was not able to do so. So the nurse was able to get an iv started in on the top of my right hand. Yes, if you have to have an IV there it hurts. The next thing I knew she was flushing out my lines, or I thought. I was talking to the SPC and Jeremy and then man I just felt so wreak. I was like what did you just do, she was like I gave you some meds for your pain. The next thing I knew I was out. I remember the DR came in and I just keep looking at him. Jeremy later told me that he was telling me that he believes it was my gallbladder and that he was just waiting for the blood test to come back to see if I need an ultrasound to see about emergency surgery. Then he came back and said that everything came back good so he thinks I should make an appointment with my PCM and sent me home with 2 meds. Oh, I slept that whole day. Well, I have been feeling better, just after some times when I eat I start hurting again. So anyways I got an DR appointment Thursday so we will see from there.
