Well, I guess I have not updated laterly. Jeremy finally got home from the field for good now. Jeremy took the camera out to the field to take some pictures of him at work, but when he got back home the camera would not work. So they are on the memory card, I just need a way to put them on the computer, so once I figure that out they will be posted. I did get another cheap camera off Craigslist. I can't figure out how to get the pictures off the card using this camera. But, I will figure it out.
Anyways, on better news today Jeremy was official pinned (or velcro) as a Specialist in his unit. He is now an E-4 just one step higher. Now, the next thing is Segrent which will take a while to get. He got to get the points and then go in front of the board so we have a long way to go, but he plans on starting to work on it. So Jeremy is excited. His SGTs and other guys congratulated him in their "army" ways. They made him get down and do push-ups and then dumped about three 5 gallon buckets on him. Wow, Guys, what can I say?! At least they took his cell phone out of his pocket.
Oh, and other words the leave was approved so we are leaving August 30 at midnight for Buna, Texas and have to be back to check in by Midnight on September 13. So Texas here we come!
